Is RxMESA a call center?
No. RxMesa is not a call center. We are a personalized Medicare Part D consultation service that provides one-on-one guidance to help you understand your prescription drug coverage options. Our consultations are designed to give you dedicated time with a knowledgeable advisor who will review your medications, answer questions, and help you compare available plans.
Is RxMESA local?
RxMesa proudly serves Medicare beneficiaries across the country. Based in Utah, we provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to clients nationwide, combining the friendly, personal service of a local team with the convenience of virtual support wherever you are.
How will they meet with me?
We offer consultations by phone or through a computer-based virtual meeting. During a virtual meeting, we can share our screen and walk you through the plan comparison and enrollment process step-by-step. If you choose a virtual consultation, you will need access to a computer and internet connection
What information will RxMESA request from me?
To provide accurate Medicare Part D guidance, we may ask for:
- Your current prescription medications and dosages
- Your preferred pharmacy or pharmacies
- Your ZIP code
- Information about your current prescription drug coverage, if applicable
We only request information that helps us compare plans and estimate costs. Protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your information is important to us.
Is the process different than working with a broker, and is it complicated?
The process is designed to be simple and easy to understand. Unlike a broker, RxMesa focuses on education and Medicare Part D plan comparisons. We help you understand your options, projected costs, and coverage differences so you can make an informed decision. We do not sell plans, receive commissions for enrollments, or enroll members into plans.
Will they already have my prescription information?
No. For privacy reasons, RxMesa does not automatically have access to your prescription information. During your consultation, we will ask you to provide your current medications so we can perform an accurate plan comparison based on your specific needs.
Does my broker work with RxMesa?
RxMesa may work alongside brokers and other healthcare professionals as a resource for Medicare Part D education and plan analysis. While each organization operates independently, our goal is the same: helping individuals understand their prescription drug coverage options and make informed decisions.
Can I trust RxMesa the same way I trust my broker to guide me?
Absolutely. Our role is to provide objective, personalized Medicare Part D guidance based on your medications, pharmacy preferences, and available plan options. Because we do not sell plans or receive commissions for enrollments, our focus is on helping you understand your choices and identify options that may best fit your needs
Can RxMesa enroll me in a Medicare Part D plan?
No. RxMesa does not enroll members in Medicare plans and does not act as an insurance agent or broker. However, we can provide education, compare plan options, and walk you through the enrollment process while you complete the enrollment yourself. During a virtual consultation, we can share our screen and provide step-by-step guidance as you enroll online.
